A mistake you regret

As webmasters we would have done a mistake and regret about it. So what mistake you made and regretted about it?

Start of my webmaster life i failed to renew my domain (due to less money) which had good visitors and user base and selling my general chat forum.

Yes i shouldn't, but that was the starting stages of webmaster and i didn't think about what will happen in the end.

A mistake I regret is not getting Christianity Haven started sooner. We had an opportunity where a HUGE site that is the same genre as CH was doing some things that members did not like and then the site was down for days. We could have taken advantage of that and had a really big opening from a lot of those members joining just to maintain activity when the other site was down.
